Aliana and Matthew were definately a fun loving couple. With the desire for their day to be shared with their closest friends and family the guest list was at 40. Two adorable little men played a very important part in their day.
The day started and ended, actually, at the beautiful Hotel Eldorado on the shores of Lake Okanagan in Kelowna,BC.
First look photos are always so fun! The happy couple had theirs taken at a Heritage Farm here in Kelowna.
Aliana's bouquet mimicked a hand picked bushel of flowers. Beautiful garden roses, lisianthus, astilbe, peony, freesia and a few other wonderful flowers were handtied and wrapped with cream satin ribbon.
It's time for a wedding!
The bride chose to change into ballet slippers to walk down the aisle. I love it!
The ceremony was held at the fabulous Elysium Gardens. Nothing quite like strolling through pathways lined with fabulous flowers and hedges.
Oh my Gosh, my golly! Aliana and Matthew had two sweet little ring bearers. These boys were adorable and you are going to see a lot of them in this blog. lol The bride was escorted by one of her dearest friends. Such a sentimental moment!
This special handmade "Here Comes the Bride" sign was meant to be carried by the two boys, but they got a bit of stage fright and were escorted up the aisle by the beautiful bridesmaids. This little guy walked the sign down himself and looked so cute doing it!
Everyone had so much fun with the ice cream truck which provided a cool treat after the ceremony.
The school bus was another treat! Who needs a limo if you can ride in a big yellow school bus?
Aliana and Matthew used our pre-design serve where we porvide full table decor and florals. The best part is we seet it all up and take it all down at the end of the evening! We loved setting these tables with our collection of milk glass vase, crystal carafes and antique books atop a nice cream taffeta table cover and lace overlay.
A little relaxation on the deck with a glass of wine as they take it all in.
